Multishot

Shoot
Standard range attack that's only used when the current target is not in melee range after a Shock Blast or Entangle. Used in Phase 1 and Phase 3.

Forked Lightning
Deals 2313 - 2687 nature damage to up to 5 targets in a cone in front of Lady Vashj. Used repeatedly during Phase 2 and is completely random.

Toxic Spores
Deals 2775 to 3225 nature damage per second for 30 seconds. The debuff is obtained by stepping into the toxic clouds the Spore Bats spit out. The debuff disappears if the player moves out of the cloud.

Monsters
Monster: Spore Bat
The Spore Bats have a low amount of HP and enters the room circling above Lady Vashj in Phase 3. From time to time they spit out Toxic Spores at a random target in the raid. After 4 minutes in Phase 3 the rate of which they spit out Toxic Spores greatly increases, much to the same effect of an enrage timer.

Monster: Enchanted Elemental
Water Elementals spawn in Phase 2 from the surrounding water moving towards Lady Vashj. They have approximately 7,6k HP and if they reach Lady Vashj they increase her damage by 5%, this buff stacks.

Monster: Tainted Elemental
Around every 50 seconds a Tainted Elemental will spawn somewhere at the bottom of the stairs. They are immobile and shoot poison bolts at random targets. They have roughly the same HP as an Enchanted Elemental but despawn after 10-15 seconds. If killed they drop a Tainted Core.

Monster: Coilfang Elite
An elite mob with about 175k HP. The mob hits hard and has a nasty cleave that deals 7k damage. A pure tank and spank mob, just position it wisely due to the cleave.

Monster: Coilfang Strider
An elite mob with about 175k HP. The mob hits hard, casts Mind Blast for about 3k shadow damage and also has an AE fear aura that fears anyone that gets into melee range. This mob should be kited by a Mage, Hunter or Warlock.

you become rooted to the ground. You can however throw the core, just like a leather ball, to an ally in line of sight. The Tainted Core is used to disable the shield generators surrounding Lady Vashj.

How to do it

Phase 1
Spread the raid out as shown in picture 1 and keep Lady Vashj in the centre area. Since Lady Vashj is tauntable it's wise to use 2 tanks in case of an Entangle, Shock Blast or Static Charge on the MT. You wan't to make sure that Lady Vashj doesn't get a chance to Multi Shot, it really hurts. Have the people effected by Static Charge run out of the center area until the debuff wears of. If someone in melee gets Static Charge it's very important that healers are paying attenion, especially if the effected target is also entangled. At 70% Phase 2 starts.

Phase 2 (See bottom picture)
Four shielding generators spawn in the middle of the room shielding Lady Vashj from all damage. Lady Vashj becomes immobile and immune to all kinds of damage in the center of the room. For the entire phase she will do nothing else then cast Forked Lightning over and over again.

Now you need to create four teams of 1-2 DPS and 1 healer for the four marked areas in picture 2, make these teams consist of all the melee DPS you have in the raid and a couple of ranged DPS if needed. The four teams should deal with all the Enchanted and Tainted Elementals that spawn from each respective area. Have the remaining DPS in the raid position in the middle of the room and kill all the Coilfang Elites and Striders that spawn. Striders should be killed first and all of the mobs should be fully dotted all the time. Phase 2 is all about DPS and not letting any Tainted Elemental despawn.

Every time a Tainted Core is used to disable a shield generator Lady Vashj looses 5% HP. When all the four shield generators are disabled Lady Vash is at 50% and Phase 3 starts.

Phase 3
Phase 3 is the last phase and is just like phase 1 with one additional element; the spore bats. Assign a couple of ranged DPS to killing the bats as they spawn. The longer the fight progresses the more Toxic Clouds you'll have and moving Lady Vashj fast to adjust for the clouds is imperative. This phase is a DPS race since the rate of which Toxic Coulds spawn is greatly increased after 4 minutes.
